I would give a 4.8 if possible . That being said, this service is very very benficial to those who dont have jnsurance, di nit want to go through insurance, are in a wirk comp despite for not properly treating a condition and have been advised to sek treatment thats effective and go back ti recover the cists (for effective non-biased diagnosis focused on your health, not financial or avoiding them. Also for discreet treatment, repeat conditions that still tequire lrescriptions or simoly time/scheduling problem like those that witk 2nd ir 3rd shift or business owners who cant leave during the day. So many groups get forgotten by the current cost effective/80-20 health care system we have been forced into for an ineffective solution to rising healthcare (dont get me on that but cutting insurance out sure does solve a lot of issues. Doctor and myslef know my health better than some plan) Tely has been a lifesaver fir me in so many ways. My inly suggestion to improve is that i rately am hiven refills even ghiugh my treatment can take years and some products ate listed as weekly doses for similar conditions and i am govrced yo order weekly as a new presciotion which has made me miss some weeks. Out if pocket can add uo i try to get the largest amount to save kn shipping and the exam fee. Also some medications are too expensive sonalternatives have to be found. Inalos wish tley would add more medications that i teke (one is a preferred medication over yhe one i am using but cant get it ir in the form i need (like a cream not pill, etc) Maybe they will add lab testing as well? I use national lab for preventive bundles but maybe they are considering that too in the DFW area. Overall top notch service though. Fast, reliable, respond to my schedule (red eye shift so to say) Just hope the refills get eaiser.
