This was so quick and easy. With the state of healthcare in Maine it is wonderful to have these options that are availabe through my HSA. It is impossible to get a primary care appointment to get these life saving meds.

I ordered my continuos glucose monitor from Telyrx. The monitors were more expensive, but they came in a timely manner and the process was straightforward.

My experience wasn’t great. I paid for priority shipping. Still had a 4-5 day wait. Ordered on the 14th on the 19th package was tracked to Jersey City mail distribution center. Customer service explained that the priority mail service is in the correct time frame due to them not delivering on weekends even though the postal service delivers on weekends- won’t use this again. I could have just paid a little more and got my medication the same day at a local pharmacy. Update: after speaking with a customer service representative I received an update in tracking from a third party shipping company saying my order would arrive today! The order didn’t arrive. Now the tracking update says my order is still coming but won’t arrive as scheduled ☹️☹️☹️☹️ called Telyrx to see if they could give me an update got their voicemail. Update on my delivery: 8/20/2025 My package arrived this morning. Telyrx is a lifesaver for people who might need a prescription but have high deductible insurance or no insurance at all. Without this service I would have been out of pocket a few hundred dollars easy. Things didn’t start off great but the end result is what tells the story. The company reached out to me yesterday to follow up so big points for that. Thank you TelyRx.

While we do rely on the carriers' provided timeframes and the deliveries are most often within the advertised time frame, delays can occasionally occur once the package is in the hands of the carrier. Unfortunately, weekend delivery isn't guaranteed in all areas, even though some carriers do operate on weekends in some locations. They only thing I should have been told was that you really need to take this five times a day do I could have ordered enough. Delivery was fast a medicine works well. I just shorted myself on the amount
