IMO, this is a rogue company and I don't take saying this lightly. Those other 6 "reviews" were surely written by it's employees. I dare anyone to stop by their home page and look around. Every piece of info on there contradicts every other piece of info. Every other word is spelled wrong. Supposedly out of Illinois, but the whole site in very broken English. Kind of like the instructions that come with an item your buy from a foreign country on Amazon. SUPPOSEDLY, you don't need insurance and they charge $43 per visit. That $43 is your CO-PAY after they try to rape your insurance company. You pay everything up front and nothing is refundable. They even warn you that they will have to "hold then entire amount of the visit" (that you will pay upfront) until they see what your insurance company will pay. What "entire amount". It says all over the site that a visit is $43! Your "medical" profile is your weight and height (go there and look). You can't upload supportive documents. You can't tell them which meds you are on. The interface literally changes your information, like your BD, address, etc, like you are so other account are combined as one. (And I did DL the app and tried the site on my phone and on my home computer). I can go on and on and on. Originally, A-I gave me a whole bunch of wrong information about this company, and now admits that it was taken from 'company sources". It was not taken from real reviews. Perhaps, due to the language barrier, I am wrong about this company, but I would be shocked if I was.

Our standard consultation fee is $43, and patients can receive care without insurance. This is not an insurance copayment, as your review suggests. Your descriptions of our payment policies, patient registration process, and medical documentation system also do not accurately reflect our services. We believe you may be confusing TelMDCare.com with another telemedicine company that has a similar name.
