Sold out of the Holley clip but then sent me a email 3x that it was back in stock-added to cart but check out said sold out. The bow clip is smaller size than the typical medium even though it says medium. I thought I was getting an item free but I didn’t and my account doesn’t track my order history.

When I realized something was missing after my order confirmation (it was in the cart then disappeared even though it was still in stock), I called Customer Service. They were so friendly and even though they couldn't amend the order, they created a new order on the spot! I even received that item faster than the original order. A great experience!

You have a wide variety of products for all different hair types and for different seasons of the year. Plus sports teams including college!!! My only complaint is that you don’t make all products in the mini size. I have very thin fine curly hair and sometimes the larger clips don’t hold in my hair.
