Hello, As a custom IoT hardware & software solutions company we have a lot of experience in developing hardware circuits and C-programming on MCU level. In order to develop our cloud based application server to handle IoT data and functionalities like automated actions, command scheduling, charting statistics, configuration and more we selected Python, Flask, Nginx and Kendo UI jQuery. The Kendo library helped us significantly in order to achieve our goals to provide a modern and intuitive graphical interface and this during a short development cycle. Really a game changer for us. I am so excited to use with my .NET core platform. Custom buttons, Modal pop ups and issues with partial views inside Modal. May be I am bit hurry with my application due to dead lines, but I highly appreciate the support teams timely help. Some suggested help topics are not at the help with .NET CORE 3.1, I may be wrong, that's my experience. I would like to see quick response times (6hrs is opt in my opinion, yeah, I understand that it's 24 hrs for my purchase though! ), will help developers who is spending time on same issue without reaching anywhere. I really liked the UI with Telerik controls.

Hello, Is too hard rating because I don't have using all features of "Dev Craft". I am concerned about the ability to manipulate other languages, aka globalization. (★★) PDF in processing documents (★★) Other components: Web, WPF, Forms, Barcode (★★★★) Technical support is excellent (★★★★★) Errors in components (bugs) should be resolved soon, we customers depend on it, otherwise we will have to look for another way to solve, with another component. Telerik components are the only 3rd party developer controls I have used in web applications for over 10 years. The main reason? They just work. And if they don't, they have qualified technical support staff who are capable of helping you figure out why. Recently I had copied a very large VS solution to a new instance and, in the process, had lost the ability of Telerik controls to function. They would display just fine but wouldn't execute on the pages (combo boxes wouldn't open, etc.). After a couple of frustrating days on my own, one of their support staff worked with me online and he helped me discover that an MS AJAX library in one of the "bundles" had gone missing during the copying of the solution. Once I corrected that, the Telerik controls were working correctly and I was able to move on in my development efforts. In the process, he also educated (or maybe reminded me) of the various components needed to support the execution of Telerik controls. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. This was the first time in over 10 years I have needed such support, but when I did Progress Telerik met my needs. I doubt there are many 3rd party companies with resources of this level of skill and expertise. My thanks to Progress Telerik!

I have used Telerik controls for over a decade on WPF, Silverlight and ASP.NET Core platforms. The controls are always designed well and the support for them is above average. Overall, the work done by Telerik generally saves me a lot of time (enough to justify the cost) and the User experience is improved. As with any development effort, there have been situations where a control does not behave as advertised. In those situations, Telerik has been responsive and accomodating.
