I ordered a 5disk cd player, I was charged and no product, when I notified them asking when it would ship , I was given a date but it never shipped, customer service, what is that no one to answer questions or even the phone sends you somewhere else, I would never buy anything from them. very unreliable co to do business with.

Hi Sandee! Apologies this order didn't work out. We had issues with the quality of this unit but did offer a comparable replacement unit. There was no response so we canceled and refunded the order. Sorry again for the trouble!
