I was initially pleased with communication with this company, until I received the product and am having issues with the auditory and tactile items. I also purchased a light bar that is functioning fine. I have reached out through email many times and they are mostly unresponsive. They are not taking responsibility for their cheap and defective products - no troubleshooting and no offers to replace. Very disappointed that I wasted so much money on these products when there are many other options available.

Very poor, cheap components. Power lead was about 2 foot. Stand broke within two uses and the tappers do not work. But much worse is the fact that, when I've emailed about addressing issues, they've been ignored. Emailed 3 times asking about the tappers, no response. Avoid, there's better out there.

The EMDR equipment products are cheap and not fit for purpose. Do not waste your money. When I tried to submit a 1-star review on the company’s own website, it was blocked. This means only 5-star reviews are shown, which is misleading for potential customers. The very small number of reviews there makes this even more concerning, as it suggests negative reviews are simply not allowed to appear. There is no customer service, no response to emails, and no way to resolve problems once you have paid. This site cannot be trusted.
