I must say ,I was very skeptical every time I deal with these phone calls ...heavy accent usually mean calling from scammers from a different company. However they are very well skilled and verified in knowledge of their product and computor behavior. I have been with them for a few years and have been very satisfied. Roger M. was excellent! I got real nervous when they take control of your computor but, relax, this is a legit company and located in the US...
