The help was greatly appreciated but…
The help was greatly appreciated but experience would be much better if the technician was more patient. After discussing the experience I believe that Mr, White and I better understand the challenges that we both are facing and I am impressed that he took the time to discuss the interaction and understood some of my frustration. Excellent service, fast and helpful.

I feel they have a done a good job…
I feel they have a done a good job keeping my computer clean. There are times i can't get across to them what i need and what is included in what i paying for. I would say a failure in communication.They seem abrupt at times.
