How about returning my phone call ?
Great selection of beads in the retail store but impossible to get ahold of on the phone to attempt to reorder. When I emailed for the retail store phone number, they emailed me back that they have no phone there. So, I found the number online and left a message with no response. Very poor customer service.

Thank you for the kind words about the store. We do not have a public phone in our retail store as we stated. The old number you found is not monitored and does not take voicemail. We replied to each of your emails the same day, and email remains the best way to reach us.
