Not very easy to use

We are happy with the purchased industrial panel (TP-4040-10P), it is exactly what our customer was expecting for. There is just one thing I want to mention: the space for wiring is quite reduced on this panel size so I had to use an angled RJ45 cable for connecting the panel to the network. It would've saved some time if I had known that before starting to test the panel. Luckily there is a version with wifi card that we ordered in the end. We are very happy with the customer service provided by Max, we got really quick all the info required to make the right choice. Also we want to thank him for the opportunity to test a demo unit before ordering the product. I will continue to use these panels in my future projects requiring this type of device and in the end I would recommend Teguar product to anyone who needs a good industrial panel PC.

I was promise to have good services by joining Teguar, the first order was ok but after that was very bad. long ETA, charge for power supply that was not ship with the computer, sent brokage fee diectly to the end user. anyway very bad experience

Systems are robust and stand up to the punishment of our production environment well. I was a bit disappointed in how much it costs to have them repaired by the vendor in both return shipping and replacement parts but that could just be due to our unfamiliarity with purchasing these higher quality systems.

Teguar used their expertise to provide me with a superior all in one tough screen to be used in a very tough environment. Thus far I am very impressed with their platform and customer service.

Sales representative has always been supportive and kind to provide commercial and technical information on Teguar products.
