Received 2 shipments, first with the mold putty, then after placing the mold in the mail, received a guard about 6 long weeks later, accurate for the advert. Never received any communication from them, no transparency in the process - no notification they received the mold, no "hey we are working on this," no tracking number when shipped out. Other reviews are clearly advertising, not actual reviews, so that made it feel worse, not better about the long wait with zero communication, leaving me to wonder if I had been scammed until I finally got the guard. Guard was small, hard plastic with an uncomfortable fit, felt tight, and unlike a professional guard I had previously, did not have indentation on the opposite side of the plastic for natural fit. Other options could have been be sprung for, with an additional payment, but with no reference for what the pros and cons were, it didn't seem necessary - again, lack of communication, this time of benefits for the cost. But, it is a hard, plastic night guard for 100. Yay.
