The products are great and actually easy to assemble, not at all like they appear. The best thing is the customer support service—they are very responsive and helpful. Based on my personal experience, they genuinely appreciate customer feedback, not just on paper like most other companies.

I am truly impressed with my inversion table. It is so well made. Plus the packaging really demonstrates how thoughtful and creative the product is packaged to simplify home assembly. They think of Everything!

Impeccable customer service.

I've been a Teeter owner for 13 years and just recently bought another one. It has changed my life! I have 2 bulged discs and had tried everything and nothing worked like using the inversion table.

Excellent and well designed device to relieve back pain. Impressive customer service makes this a great buy.

My original shipment of a part for my neck for the Teeter inversion table did not come because it was damaged by the delivery company. Teeter sent another one out as soon as I called them and I got it in about a week. They’ve done a good job on everything since I ordered the inversion table. The only problem is I’ll have to order another box if I need to return this because the delivery driver used the plastic ties around the box to carry it and they cut into the box and damaged it and it opened up easily and the some staples were hanging off. I may have to pay to get a new box or either Teeter can send me another one in case I return this item, but I haven’t decided if it’s working for me yet.
