Ordered a Knicks hat, told me it would take 8 days to process than another 4-6 days to ship a hat. Do not order from this place.

I purchased two t-shirts from these folks. They arrived today. The quality of the material is very poor. Fruit of the Loom cheapest. Very rough and the sizing runs extremely small. I ordered a large and normally wear a medium. Still won't fit. The lettering is already cracking on one of them. This order was over $50. I wanted to show my support for pits but this is ridiculous! I won't order from them again.

"Teespromax.com" is a scam, ordered a T-shirt they refunded 30% of the money. So Teepromax kept 70% for what? That is totally dishonest. Do not buy from Teepromax.

I ordered 11 face masks almost 2 months ago. (Bowie/Joy Division/Stones) There is no customer service number to call, and I have sent countless emails (that don’t allow you to actually SAY anything- it’s just drop down menus and plug your order number in along with your email). ZERO response to anything, no email updates, no nothing. They have been “parking” $160 of our money for almost 2 months. I will now have to contest the purchase with PayPal, which I’ve never had to do before. I give fair “discounts” for delays with Covid, but this company clearly does not operate honestly, or you’d be able to actually contact them, or they would actually update you on your order. They claim they ship (under these conditions) within 5-15 days. Obviously not. Good luck, if you want to believe the positive reviews on here.

Terrible service! I ordered mask well over a month ago they will not let me cancel! I have had so many online orders that have came and this one hasn’t even shipped! It’s still in the process and hasn’t even shipped yet and they won’t cancel! This company is trash and a rip off! I want my money back now!

I ordered 4 tees; however they supposedly can't find me in their system yet they immediately charged my credit card! Won't answer phone, email or chat ! Scam!!!! I'm a senior citizen who ordered these for gifts!
