Not recommended. I ordered the Bas Bunny 64 Jersey, low quality, “adult small” is like a 10-12 kid size, the print quality is horrible you literally cannot read the number. - I contacted them for return and they denied. - don’t trust this vendor.

I ordered a Texans Rivalry hat for nearly $50. It arrived in a thin mailer bag and was completely smashed and creased. There were no tags or holographic security stickers, and the logo design was completely off. It's an obvious unlicensed counterfeit product. I tried to call the listed customer service number and couldn't get an answer, and it took a week to get a generic email response to my refund request. Incredibly, they asked if I could just try wearing it to "reshape" it. They only issued a refund once I threatened to file a fraud chargeback with my bank and report them directly to the NFL legal department. I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a hat and the shipping took forever for me to receive it! When we got it it was unauthentic and didn’t not fit! When we asked for a refund they were so unwilling to process a refund! Do not recommend and will never purchase from them again!

First of all I ordered a Boson hat which took 3 weeks weeks for delivery. The hat is not really good quality and the last whole to adjust the hat just does not hold it. It can not be used but support is really bad to provide a return label. I will never ever order again here.

Hi M. Tully, thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm truly sorry your Boson hat didn't meet expectations — both the delivery time and the adjuster issue you described are not the experience we want any customer to have. I'd like to make this right for you. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund right away. We're also reviewing this batch with our supplier to address the adjuster problem you mentioned. Thank you for giving us the chance to fix it.

I ordered a t-shirt early this morning and had a chance of heart right after placing the order. I felt uncomfortable not being able to verify the color of the shirt or the shipping details. I called a telephone number (302) 440-3207 that was given to me by my credit card company. However, no one answered after over 20 rings and there was no voice message system. The t-shirt was the new Lebron James t-shirt "Phila 23". I hope this helps other consumers. L.J.

Hello, and thank you for flagging this — I'm sorry no one was able to reach you by phone, that's not the level of service we aim for. I completely understand wanting to confirm the color and shipping details on your LeBron James "Phila 23" tee before it ships. Please email us at [email protected] or message us here with your order number and we'll confirm every detail with you personally, and hold or adjust the order as needed. We're also looking into our phone line so calls don't go unanswered again. We appreciate you letting us know.

dont be fooled by this site. Order a scotland top for 53 dollars from the USA to send to me in UK. over 3 weeks delivery for what can only be described as a sub sub standard DHGATE rip off made of really bad material with stick on labels. no more than 10 dollar item. right in the bin. Made it look like your buying from a usa supplier but all they do is buy it from china and then get them to send it to you.
