We received the order there was no colour print it was poor quality. It looked nothing like the advert. Won't recommend anyone purchase from this store.

You want my honest opinion. Find somewhere else that will stand behind their product. Shirt is undersized and I can not exchange it for a bigger size. That is poor customer service. So if you want the chance of the wrong size shirt go ahead and order it but remember that they don't exchange,refund or care about your order !!!!

Product not wrapped & placed directly into mailing envelope. It had not been folded properly (Ie. Creased), and appeared used? Would certainly not purchase from this seller again!

Horrible service! I ordered a pullover sweatshirt ($37.99) over a month ago and was to ship in 5-10 days... A month later and nothing!!!! I get a notification email that it had been delivered and it was not at my door. I work in my home office all day. I sent a message to customer service explaining that "I got a notification email that it had been delivered and it was not at my door." They sent me a message back with a link saying it had been delivered. I already told them that and just told me what I already told them. NO HELP AT ALL. I will go to social media with this one! THIS COMPANY IS A POOR BUSINESS MODEL. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM AS ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!

Great quality t-shirt, and great delivery time. average cost. BUT.....the image on the front was so blurry, I'm embarrassed to even wear it. I expressed my concerns and never received a response from this company. Keep your money, it's better spent elsewhere.

The shirt is very nice, but the customer service is terrible. The only way to contact them when you have a problem is via email or live chat. I ordered 5 shirts only received 1. So, needless to say, I was not happy. after multiple emails and live chats they were going to reorder the missing shirts. During my final live chat and waiting a month for an order that was originally suppose to ship in 5-10 days. Was told by the support person that my order did not qualify for expedited service. I said even if you printed 1 shirt per day it still should have shipped already. This was their mistake for something I spent $135 on not good customer service.

Totally not satisfied with the merchandise I received. Customer service has told me no exchanges or refunds unless there is a defect. I consider a shirt not true to size with faded graphics on parts of shirt and not on other parts to be defective. Actually ordered one size up to allow for shrinkage but the shirt is way undersized to begin with! I have read through other reviews and found the exact same comments as mine about the exact same shirt. That's got to tell you something about the merchandise! I have asked for a replacement shirt because I find my shirt defective due to what I have described. The company was quick to reply to my initial request for exchange saying no unless it is defective but it remains to be seen if they will honor my defective size and quality of print claim. Has been several days since I submitted it. If no response is issued I will have to stick with other companies who stand by their products.
