I am not satisfied with their service. Never received any of my HAT ordered. And wrong size of shirt on my second order. Long wait for my order to come.

Ordered a shirt for my husband for his birthday with edwards on it came in delivery with myers on it. does anyone know how i get in touch with them.almost 50 dollars i paid. thanks lorrie

Inferior, blurred printing and very poor customer service.I tried calling for several days as I could not locate my order number. I sent an email that was not responded to and now, through a chat, I'm told it's too late to return this inferior, blurry product. Do Not purchase from this company, They make it impossible to submit a return in a timely manner. I was told today there is no phone support but the number is listed under Contact Us.

This was the worst experience of my life. Ordered a hat it had to be reprinted twice still was wrong took me forever to get my money back they do not know how to do a good printing job. They make you wait and wait very very disappointed

Ordered 4 caps which were in processing for 2 weeks and then suddenly the ordered was cancelled without any explanation and no indication of being able to reorder. The reply was inadequate and a 2nd request for a reason was not answered.

I'm very disappointed with my order of four shirts - three for Christmas presents and one for myself! All four were too small! $107.84 WASTED plus now I have to buy an extra three Christmas presents! I used their measuring guide to make sure they would fit but it's not accurate - or at least not in my case. My shirt would fit my 22 pound Shih Tzu. Being personalized, they are non-returnable! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! NEVER!

This company do not stand behind their products 😒. I purchased the masks. 1st the advertisement makes you think you are getting a pack of 3 masks. For $20.00 I received 1 poor quality mask. Not worth more than 5.00. I wrote to return it and they refused refund. I threw it in the trash because it was so thin it wouldn't do anything to prevent covid. $20 bucks wasted.
