Loved my shirt and sweatshirt!! Already putting together another order. Great customer service. Shipping took a while but everything was horribly delayed that went through USPS. Purchased an artist print from another company and paid for 2 day ground ..took almost three weeks to arrive. The shirts, which I ordered about a week before Christmas, arrived the Saturday after...and beat the print by three days.

The product is nice, but the shipping promise means nothing. It was promised by Christmas, but the order was processed 10 days after I made the order - coincidentally, on the day I asked for an update. Arrived 5 days after Christmas - and they offer no refund when they break their word. If you want to risk it, order 30 days in advance.

Overall a fabulous experience. The level of service exceeded my expectations. Customer service accommodated my request to expedite the order and I got the shirts just in time for our camping trip. A big thanks to all of you.
