Sometimes the AI is a little off on my request it's like talking to my husband, he only hears every third word. The finished product is flawless so far. The customer service is very helpful.

The guy is very respectful. He answers his questions he’ll give you a refund or a replacement. If something happened to the other one it’s a good company. I would recommend using them again.

It was perfect! Picture was so detailed, and the hoodie is so soft, not too heavy but still very warm. All day comfort. And the hood is the perfect size and shape. It’s definitely my new favorite hoodie!
