I ordered and paid for a Bichon mask on May 9,2020. This is noted as "in printing" when I track my order. 7 weeks and no sign of the product. It is difficult to contact the company. Since I wrote the review my order has been cancelled and cost refunded.

I placed an order on 29th April 2020 for a Birman Cat Face Mask. The money was taken from my account immediately but I received no confirmation & haventrecieved my order yet very nearly two months later. Have tried to contact them with no success. I'm very unsatisfied with them & wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I ordered a t shirt with printing on. When I received the order it had the wrong printing on. The word he instead of she. It has taken about 3 months to get a replacement t shirt which arrived this morning with the same printing error on. I have asked for my money back as I am not prepared to wait months for a replacement order which more than likely will have another error on it.

Ordered 2 masks in beginning of may. Took money out of my acct on May 11th. Still haven't received them and no confirmation. Do not use this company!!! Its a rip off..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wasted £75 on some masks. They never get back to you. I would say it's a fake company. Not a happy customer.

IF YOU'RE CHECKING FIRST DON'T ORDER!!! Now 6/18/2020 ordered and paid 5/13/2020 and still no sign of it. Ordered a mask and no way to contact them even with the order number. Complete BS. I wish I had read all of the reviews first.

I ordered mine on May 5 and still have not received it. I would like my mask.

I ordered on 5/20 and this is 6/16 and nothing. I need my masks! No word from them at all!
