I received my coton de tulear "l'm hearing" tee shirts in a timely manner. I love the quality and customer service doesn't leave the purchaser in limbo. They kept me in the loop from my initial order until I received my merchandise. Kudos!!!

I ordered 4 masks and when they arrived I was a little upset by their thinness; however, because they are so cute I wear them with a disposable mask underneath. Problem solved. I also ordered a size 3xl t-shirt in fuchsia; they sent light pink. I contacted the Teecosi Team and they reprinted the shirt - only this time they sent another light pink t-shirt. I contacted them again and requested red instead of the fuchsia. Without any negative discussions or hemming and hawing, the red T-shirt arrived and it was terrific. The Teecosi Team was very easy to work with and this customer is very happy.

I ordered a good amount of items from Teecoozi. COVID Shopping had me ordering so many things that it wasn't until a few weeks later after my delivery that I realized that I did not receive two items. I contacted them and they did not hesitate to resend me the missing items! great customer service! will shop again!

I had ordered 3 different masks 1 out of 3 was incorrect. I contacted Teecosi and true to their word they shipped out the correct mask. The orders came in a timely manner. The masks seem a little thinner than I thought they would be. The puppy prints are awesome. Received a lot of great compliments. Sure seems to cheer up people especially during these times of Corona virus.

Very cute masks. One arrived with the elastic cut. I notified the company and they replaced it without problem. The ones I ordered look just like my Maltipoo - so cute!!
