I ordered and paid for 4 face masks from Tecosi 12 weeks ago and have so far received 3, each sent individually at approximately 4 week intervals. Customer services responded promptly to my first 2 emails and did refunded 30% of my money as a goodwill gesture, but did nothing about completing my order. 3 further emails have been ignored. The masks are flimsy, single thickness, not fit for purpose and even with the refund are expensive. I would avoid!

Bought a face mask with a dog face on it. The quality was absolutely terrible. Material was really cheap looking. It wasn’t even sewn properly. All the cotton from each edge was hanging. Don’t waste your money on this rubbish. I wouldn’t even pay a £1 for one after seeing the extremely bad quality. Trust me. Save your money.

I ordered one mask $15 and then they charged my credit card for a second order of three masks $59 more. I did not order them. I contacted them immediately and was told that there system says I did and no refunds. I have contacted them several times and the same thing, now they are totally ignoring my emails. I have contacted my credit card company and the Attorney Generals office in my state. I would like to see them closed down.

The issue is quite simple: 1. I ordered masks from Teecosi 2. The ordered items were NEVER delivered. 3. Teecosi charged my account anyway. 4. Teecosi has failed and refused to issue a refund. 5. There is no way to actually contact Teecosi. All of their systems are automated and they don't respond to claims. My advice is NEVER ORDER FROM TEECOSI!!!

This company didn't deliver masks to me, after countless attempts to contact them. Then (stupidly) ordered tumblers and ordered the wrong amount. They wouldn't accept a return (again) after several attempts to contact them. I tried calling, which is no help, as well as emailing. I will NEVER order from this company again. Not OK at all.

Mask are unacceptable. Thin and offer no protection for the wearer or the people around them. Do not buy these masks unless you are reckless with safety of yourself and others. Definitely not worth the price. These guys are cons.

I had no other choice to choose except 1 star since there is no options for negative ones. I ordered a T-shirt since the 10th of June 2020 that i never received until now. Even after raising a claim, the reprint order stopped at a point and never moved again. I couldn't get my money back nor getting proper answers about my order. Simply it's a very bad experience deeling with them.
