Garbage customer service!!!! Order a holiday gift on 11/20/20 and receive the order on 12/13/20 after a $6.99 shipping fee the order was INCORRECT. The number that is supplied is disconnected and the email response that I received was to send an additional $16.99 for them to ship the correct order in time for the holiday. NEVER AGAIN HORRENDOUS IN EVERY REGARD !!!!!

Tempi di consegna un po' lunghi, ma considerato il periodo covid, non è il problema principale. Quello che mi ha veramente deluso è la qualità dei materiali e, soprattutto, delle stampe. Definire queste ultime pessime è già generoso. Sono quasi sicuro che diventeranno invisibili al terzo lavaggio. Addirittura una stampa su una felpa non si vede già ora: in foto le scritte si leggevano, ma evidentemente in produzione non capiscono che se si scrive con lo stesso tono di grigio della felpa la scritta non si legge. Primo e ultimo acquisto. Statene lontani.

I wouldn’t even give Teecosi one star. Ordered just 1 mask July of 2020. I understand the “Covid” delay. It’s now October 2020 and no mask still. I’ve been in touch with the company and they gave 50% refund back in September for my troubles. About 2 weeks ago asked for a total refund on the rest of my monies. Received and email back stating I would be getting my mask shortly. I doubt I will be getting anything from them.

I ordered two masks from Teecosi. One came in perfect, the other one was not sewn together and the elastic was not sewn together. It was like they put the mask together and then forgot to give it to a seamstress. I complained and was sent a replacement which also is not sewn together. I believe this is Truth in Advertising and they should be held accountable. Do not order from them. I am going to post this to Facebook too.

Worst page I ever bought something. They lie about delivery. Even support, replays 2-3 times and that's it! You never get what you ordered!
