Very disappointed. I ordered a phone case for an iPhone 8 and received a case for an iPhone 7. I hope I receive the correct tee shirt I ordered!!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered 2 sweatshirts and both were NOT THE SAME QUALITY as in the advertisement. I sent report for poor quality. One will be replaced but other will not. I am filing dispute with PayPal and will contact Facebook. I paid over $80 for 2 “bait and switch” Items. NICE in ad but horrible in product they send.

My wife ordered one sweat shirt for $33.95. The next day my credit card was charged for 9 shirts for a total of $330.95. I contacted Teecosi immediately and was told that the order could not be cancelled because it had already been printed. We refused delivery, returning the box of 9 shirts. Teecosi then mailed 1 shirt as originally ordered but never returned the balance of the $330.95 I was originally charged. I traded several emails with Customer Service and was finally told that I was not going to get my money back. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THE SHIRTS ARE ALSO POOR QUALITY.

horrible I accidently ordered 2 shirts and only wanted one. I contacted them within 15 minutes and they said it was already in process No I don't think so They are not specially printed they have a warehouse I am sure am trying to cancel charge on my card and will contact Facebook also

I ordered a unicorn 🦄 sweatshirt which cost £39.99 and when it was delivered I was so excited but when I opened the parcel I was thoroughly disappointed and angry 😡 😤 😠 what met my eyes 👀 because the picture of unicorn 🦄 and butterflies were NOT on the front of the sweatshirt just a rather crude white outline of a unicorns head - the sweatshirt hadn't been printed properly - for a company to send me out the item in this state is absolutely shocking and disgusting - I now have a new sweatshirt that isn't wearable unless I actually put another design on it myself - coincidentally and luckily 🍀 for me I'm a gifted, talented artist and very creative unlike the printers at this "shonky" excuse for a clothing company - Don't waste your time and money 💷 buying anything from them

They advertised a T-shirt on Facebook. I placed the order a month before Father's Day thinking that should be plenty of time for something as simple as a T-shirt to arrive. The FB ad said 5-10 bus days to process. It is now 10 bus days and the website still shows the order not processed. They provide no phone contact number. I went on their chat asking for a guarantee that they product would arrive before Father's Day or else cancel the order and refund. The agent just kept hitting me with a boilerplate message: "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Cancellation is not possible at this time. We have also reported to our productions team and we are currently working to get your order shipped out as soon." Then he dropped the chat. I started the chat again and got another agent who again refused to give me a shipping date and would not cancel the order. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE OPERATORS. Actually, don't buy anything advertised on Facebook. This is the second time I have been stung by a FB advertiser.

Horrible experience!! I advise anyone wanted to buy T-shirts from this company NOT TOO!!. Ordered a $ 32.99 women’s fitted tee as Christmas present. T-shirt came after Christmas and promised date. The T-shirt doesn’t fit !! But can fit my 10 year granddaughter. Contact company, which took almost a week for their response. Company states, no refunds or exchanges. T-shirts are printed by demand. So I have a 32.99 T-shirt that doesn’t fit and poor quality and the company doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Will report to consumer’s bureau !!! STAY AWAY!! VERY POOR QUALITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVER PRICE FOR CHESP MATERIAL!!

Horrible service would not reccomend to any one. Do not buy from this crap hole of a company, I ordered three shirts from there website and it has been 1 month and still have not received any thing. I have tried connecting to there online support but nothing 0 response. So I contacted PayPal to recive a refund and they said they within 12 days If the seller does not respond I get a refund. Here I am a month and a half later still not package but luckily got a refund, just goes and shows how bad this company really is. 12 days they did not reply to PayPal.
