Good quality shirts at a reasonable price. I thought the photo showed a brighter color that it actually was, however, the kindness logo on the shirt outweighed the brightness. Was satisfied with the quality and the service. Need to allow a few extra days for customer service response during the COVID 19 time as I am assuming they are not working with full staff. BUT they did get back to me and did a great job!!

I love the t shirt I ordered! Very good quality, unlike some thinner ones I've purchased elsewhere. I washed it before I wore it and it's great! Delivery was not lightning fast, but not at all unreasonable, especially considering the turmoil we've all been dealing with. (I ordered as phone accessory, they had to close the warehouse, it will be 2 mos. Till shipping, but that's not bad service...cant be helped). I hope to buy from them again.

I ordered my shirt and even with all slow deliveries due to COVID19, they were quick to ship and deliver. Very pretty bright colors, print is very good, shirt feels like good quality. I am very pleased. Love my shirt!

I have never dealt with a company that values customer service less than this one. I ordered a mother's day present from them a month ago and still haven't gotten it, in fact, it has not even shipped. I have tried a dozen times to reach out for an ETA and they refuse to provide one. I understand the world is upside down because of the virus but companies should be thankful when a customer to willing to buy from them. There are a lot of business struggling but they could ease my frustration with an ETA or a non-stock response. If I felt they values by business I would be more patient. They have no phone number, emails hit a generic mailbox. I am truly afraid I will get nothing and be out the money. There are a lot of other companies and individuals working to make the customer experience positive. Unfortunately, I fell for one that did not. I can honestly say these people will never see another order from me again. I would rather pay more to someone else than feel like I have been scammed.
