We received our tee shirt after 3 months and it is not acceptable. The screening job is horrible. The image & type is hardly visible. It is already rubbing off right out of the package. There are holes and gaps in the image. It is not useable. We want a refund but no email contact info. One line blind address. Ridiculous. We waited many weeks for this shirt and now it is not even useable. Very dissatisfied.

Have ordered 2 t's 5/20 and have not reeived them yet, cannot get a answer to when they will be shipped. Have no idea if I will get them

Ordered a shirt which was much smaller than other shirts labeled the same. Contacted Teeallseason and their generic contact form somehow ordered me a second shirt. Their customer service phone is a joke -- endless loop with no ability to leave a message. Their email contact is also a joke and has no space for comments/explanations. I managed to cancel the extra shirt they ordered for me. The answers to emails were all boilerplate. The shirts are all "custom printed" and therefore there are no refunds (AT ALL). The fact that their shirt was two sizes smaller than normal is obviously not a concern to them. So $30 down the drain.

It takes for ages, and every time I ask, everything is just fine-fine and has ALMOST shipped ... But withdrawing my money took no time! Very bad business I wonder, if I'll ever get my tee :-( And if I don't, I wonder if I'll ever get my money back. P.S I did get it eventually, and it was fine.

Horrible customer service. Using Covid-19 as an excuse for not following through on orders. No way you can contact the company. Ordered a t-shirt on 5/5 and 21 days later it is still "processing". Gives a generic response that your shirt will be sent out in 5 days... but it's been 21 days already. Dodgy company, Never will order from them again. Do not trust this company.

Ordered 24th April, shipped 6th May, still in USA, its now 18th May why is it taking so long with DHL? NEVER BUY from this organisation again

Placed my order 3 weeks ago. Got an email telling me that my order has been confirmed. STILL WAITING for my order. Sent them an email and haven 't gotten a response. Will NEVER order from them again. It's time I contacted my bank.

I am concerned. Ordered a shirt on 5/9 and paid double what I now see it for on Facebook. I have unsuccessfully tried contacting company to see if they will match new Facebook price but can't reach by phone and email contact info is useless. I am going to try to cancel payment through my bank. I think I may have just bought into a scam. I will never purchase anything off a Facebook ad again!
