Avoid this company at all costs....they have no problem charging you immediately....yet the product is never arrives...they do not respond to emails and obtaining a refund is impossible...total rip off..

They are the slowest company that I have ever dealt with they do not respond to emails that you send to them.

Hi ordered lab face musk, received it soooo cute, lightweight material, took a little while but worth it,with all thats going on,price was fair to.would oreer again.

I' ordered 2.mugs and 2 matching masks over 5wks ago .received 1 mug in 4wks. Just recieved 2mug with handle broke in pc's ! Still no masks but they sure kept my money (70$ worth!) and CAN NOT reach anyone to fix this ! Company is a joke!!! Beware!

I haven't received 😕 my masks yet 😕, so where are they. Then you will get a better review 😌

I realise COVID 19 has caused some delivery issues, but I ordered an article on 8th April and as at 25th May it is not here and there's been no contact regarding delay. Why give an email address if alerts are not sent.

I love the fun dog face mask. It fits securely and comfortable and is a nice touch of humor in these difficult times.

I placed an order on April 22 and was told delivery would be 14-21 business days. Now it's a month later and anticipated delivery is still 14-21 business days. I asked for a refund and of course my order "was being processed" and was not available for a cancellation or refund. That is messed up. If it was going to take 6 months to get it, I would not have invested my money in this company for their products.
