I want to say that I really appreciated…
I want to say that I really appreciated the communication in regards to the product ordered. Letting me know that there was a delay in shipping. It arrived as promised and we love it. Works great!

Never Received Order
I placed an order 29 Apr 2026. Item still shows that it wasn't shipped and no updated information as of 05 May 2026. I tried contacting the company and wasn't able to speak to a representative. Used the chat as it was the better option but it seemed like a bot. Canceled order and reported the charge to my credit card company. I don't recommend this vendor highly suspect!

I love Boston Terriers
I love Boston Terriers! This ornament is very special to me. My only issue is that I should have ordered two! Excellent customer service from Mike at tecisoft.com. Would highly recommend this seller.

Glad I made the order - no problems!
I admit i was a little hesitant to order given I had not heard of the site before, but I really needed a replacement for my Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard and they were almost impossible to find online, so when this website had it in stock and at a really good price, I took the chance. I'm happy to report the keyboard shipped quickly, arrived fast and was brand new in box. There were no issues and FedEx had my keyboard to me in about a week. I would order again!

Falsely lists items as In-Stock, then cancels order.
They do not manage the inventory on their website. They falsely list things as in stock, allow you to place an order, then just cancel the order if they don’t have it. Are they just harvesting people’s payment data? This whole experience just made me feel really uneasy. Sketchy to say the least. I should have listened to the other reviews that had the same experience. Don’t list items that you don’t actually have, and allow people to place orders for them. It’s unethical.
