Too long wait time for help. Great product at great price but Tech support did not exist when I needed it to complete download - after 20 minutes of waiting for help, I redid the download and finally fixed the issue myself . Product gets 5* but support gets 2* at best.

Visio still lack in dynamic displays and the graphic seem outdated. The UI is simple and straightforward for people familiar with MS Office to use.
