I've already send two messages regarding the portable foot polisher. It brook on the day it was delivered. I paid for a poor-quality and I would like a refund. What irritates me most is that I have not received any response after submitting not just one, but two complaints. Today I have submitted another complaint. I'm curious to see what will happen...

Even complete looking at the app when I realised the cost I decided it was not for me however pounds has come out of my account. I have asked for the refund immediately and we shall see.!

This company is just a con, they trick people into subscribing and then refuse a refund. I have spoken with my local MP who has a number of complaints ? Which doesn’t surprise me. Do yourself a favour stay clear on these robbers

I ordered a speaker from this company end of May 2025, still haven’t received my order and when I try to call, no one answers so I emailed them and still no response. This is terrible business practice. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

So far 3 emails have been sent asking what's going on with the shipment as its been in the preparing stage for over a week now. 2 emails asking for a refund and haven't heard anything...been scammed over 50 pound it feels.

The email says it’s shipped, the app says it still in transit but also says shipped in the app, but I haven’t received anything!!
