Never returned my iPad , had me turn off location on it to work on it and store closed down and 1000$ 1 year old iPad is gone. Now I’ve gotten identity theft happening on my daughters acct No officer can even find a connection to get me help. Ridiculous

Horrible communication they never answer emails they never send you receipt of returns or process returns. I am still waiting over 2 weeks I send my return and nothing yet. Over 5-7 emails no response.

ordered apple watch series 9 and have never received it. it was order on september 21 and nothing has come. even got a email from the supposely ceo of the company saying that a refund would be received soon. that his company never intended to treat me this way. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY i LOST 500 DOLLARS. HOPEFULLY MY BANK WILL RETURN IT SOON.
