TechMikeNYTechMikeNY was founded with a vision to provide affordable, high-quality refurbished servers and data center equipment while reducing electronic waste. Our journey began in a Brooklyn garage in 2004. We started with a simple mission – to be the kind of company we would want to buy from. We specialize in both pre-configured, as well as custom-built servers. We help companies with smaller IT budgets afford a robust IT infrastructure without compromising on quality. Last and most important, we take pride in servicing each individual customer; we go above and beyond to always make sure our customers are 100% satisfied, no matter the cost.

TechMike is a great partner. The have useful stock, a fast and transparent ordering process, and are great at pairing up to engineer solutions to problems using resources they can bring to bear. They're my first and usually only stop for second-market server needs!

After finding one bad PSU and that I had ordered too low a capacity for the both of them, they made it right by sending me two new PSUs with a much higher capacity.

This was a good purchase. I've bought from Tech Mike's competitors over the years and I will never go back. I am super happy with the process and server I got from Tech MikeNY.

Service was great. Shipped out fast and packaged very well. The SAS drives alk tested free of errors and passed badblocks tests that were done. No SMART errors and they are working like a champ. My only suggestion is maybe to disclose the number of hours or something. They had 7.5 years on them which was kind of a shock, but they still work with no errors or corrected sectors so that is good.
