I signed up for a trial subscription. I had problems getting the system to work and connecting devices. I tried to submit a cancellation 4 times. System keeps you in a loop where you cannot cancel. Will not connect you to customer service. When you call the number the system goes to a voice mail and asks you to leave a message. Never says company name. Business hours.. nada. This is feeling more and more like a bad business deal.

It works really well and the tech support has been good if you need it. It is particulary useful for adults who want to control their interaction with Big Tech. I assume it would work well for parents too. The p*rn blocking function works really well and if you have a screen addiction of some type, particulary p*rn or toxic social media you can set it up so a trusted adult has control to stop the addicted person bypassing it. We have it set up on the router, android and Windows for a couple of years now and wouldn't be without it.
