It was a bit of a challenge but Jhonathan did not give up and successfully analyzed my issues of reconnecting my laptop to my wireless printer and subsequently to the WIFI on the new modem/router that was selected by our internet provider. This was done for free! He discovered a "trojan virus" and I approved a fee to completely clean up my computer and install a new security system.
