Good experience will buy from them again

The item ordered , a nest thermostat arrived perfectly wrapped and the box inside is in perfect condition . Unfortunately I am a retired surgeon volunteering in two hospitals 160 miles from where the item is now located and destined to be installed . I am sure everything in the factory box is also in perfect condition but I did not have time to open it . The installation is scheduled for mid-January and I want the electronics service person to open the box .

i have only ordered the item. however it was a simple process.

Customer Service Agent was very professional and efficient.

Easy to navigate, shipped fast, arrived safe and early, as described or better, maybe one or two e-mails too many(!) but ereally no complaints at all.

super easy interface and order experience. item arrived on time.

Ease of finding the product that I needed, helpful customer service, price, and quick delivery.
