I will no recommend buying here. or if you do make sure you read the fine prints. if you intend to return an item they will charge you 20% to return the item this is absolutely a ripoff. I don't know about you but this was the last time I bought something here and I will rather keep the items than give them $120.

Why did you not advise me or anyone else that there are so many different conditions in order to use this software. I must turn off my current virus software in order to use this software? It also said this is easy to install WRONG! If I could I would never have order this junk. Have a nice day.

Hi Phil: It looks like you ordered software that includes Anti Virus, so it makes sense that you have to turn off your current one. I also looked at our description and it does not say anywhere that it's "easy to install". Here is what our site says: The Avanquest Fix-It Utilities Professional 12 comes with Bonus hotspot shield elite software. Keeps your PC running like new. This software intelligently identifies system slowdowns, fixes problems and speeds up Windows. It delivers 400% faster registry, repair and optimization. It also offers real-time virus and spyware protection and stops PC crashes and freezes. Features Award-winning fix-it utilities Virus, spyware and malware detection and removal Prevents rootkits and keyloggers from stealing personal data Real-time protection against malicious activity Hourly updates protect you against the latest threats Feel free to reach out to our customer service team and they can help you with a refund if this doesn't work on your system.

It is unfortunate that I still have not received my order especially after full payment was made and posted with of course a confirmation of order being shipped. So the big question back to you is WHERE IS MY ORDER ??? Or my REFUND
Response from Tech For LessAug 12, 2020
Hi GeriAnne : You placed your order on Friday with free budget shipping. The USPS tracker 9400111899563049254387 shows it's out for delivery today, only 3 business days later. Regards, Tech For Less

Description said genuine ink TN450 and I received a refurb ink from Office Depot. What the heck? Waste of money and false advertising

Hi Ryan: Sorry for the confusion, but our web site called this "Compatible Brother TN450 Toner Cartridge". Please feel free to reach out to our customer service department about this: Toll Free: 1.866.880.1230

I bought open-boxed AirPods. But it turns out to be old, long-time used with scratches and stains here and there. I couldn't even clean it with Colorex wipes. It doesn't have a production year so I won't be able to tell when this product was produced. Very disappointed. I won't buy anything from them ever again.

I am new to Tech For Less and have purchased a TV recently. The checkout and delivery itself were excellent. Unfortunately, the TV’s display has two flaws. It is getting worse and worse. I rate the customer service of Tech For Less as insufficient. My contact person was Jessica H. As of today; I am not satisfied with the after-sales process due to my perception: 1. I found the telephone and written communication to be lengthy, irritable, and occasionally implicit. 2. E-mails remained partly wholly unanswered. 3. I did not feel welcomed at customer services. I do think that Tech For Less should work on these issues. ____________________________________________ PS: To answer the reply from Tech For Less On March 27, I submitted my view based on the assumption that the flaw will not worsen. At this moment, I was satisfied with our negotiations. However, my most recent attempts to contact Tech For Less remained unanswered. Despite several tries. I perceived our telephone conversation as inadequate. Occasionally your statements were unreasonably implicit. Additionally, I would like to emphasize that the approach to fix the flaw is entirely out of the question and not subject to my review.

Hi Martin: I am sorry to hear you are not satisfied, but frankly, we are surprised by your review, as you told us when we helped you resolve a screen issue on March 27: “Thank you for that and your good service.” And then yesterday you called for help on what you indicated was a manufacturer issue, and we send you all the details you needed for that right away. Maybe you were not happy with the TV manufacturer's warranty process? But that is out of our control. We clearly post on our web site that we have a 30 day return policy, and we offered you a full refund and free return when you first contacted us in March, but you decided to take a partial refund to get the TV fixed. Any issues after that would be with the manufacturer or the company you used to fix the TV.

Stressr receiving delivery. It’s a 12 hour window to be at home and wait to give signature with FedEx. This is tech for less policy supposedly that customer must be home and receive package at home. There is no option to pick it up myself from FedEx. The customer support manager was rude, lacks compassion, empathy and has no ability to help just state policy. I was stressed from this and was seeking help to resolve it, but got offended, disregarded and their interaction just escalated my stress. I will try to never order from this site again.

The cable for use with my printer DOES NOT FIT. The connector to the printer is WAY TOO BIG so WORTHLESS.
