So, the reason it’s four and not five is that it came with the wrong quick start guide. So that meant that I didn’t realise I was following different instructions (the photo looked the same of the product, but mine was a YAS 209 and the manual was for a 408. It meant I had no idea the set up instructions wouldn’t work and I needed a completely different app. Anyway- I will say, shocked to find that an email to Yamaha support resulted in a phone call and everything working! Not only Apple can help you! Ha. The sound is good, esp the Clear Voice function when watching movies. Happy with my order, happy to have used someone other than Amazon!!

It was truly the same tech for less price. Checkout easy, arrived promptly with shipping info for tracking. However, I believe the description said the box was never opened but when it arrived it did appear the box was opened in the past. The box was not in the best shape and we took pictures in case any issues with inside. When opening the box everything was great and factory sealed.
