I ordered a new, open box item. What arrived at my door was a damaged item, not what I expect from a new open box purchase. It will be returned, but if something is damaged, accurate pictures makes the purchaser happy as they know what they are getting. UPDATE: I changed this review because they reached out to me to get this fixed and were prompt in their resolution. I'll buy from Tech for Less again, knowing they stand behind their promise.

The customer service is great,along with a great product, makes for a great experience. I would buy from them again.

It is a very comfortable mouse pad. My wrist no longer pains me at the end of a computer session, the pad is perfect
