Got to be one of the most badly run organisations I've had to deal with, the further up the management tree you get the more you see the truth, pay peanuts get monkey's, only trouble is A Monkey could do a better job. Poor quality product with no real concern as to why and it just gets worse and even more frustrating. How this place is still operating is a constant mystery, not professional in any way.

If they spent less effort on getting multiple sales people to call you, and more effort in ensuring product descriptions are correct and rectifying their mistakes... they might be decent. Constantly calling to 'check in on their 15k a month client' but never action anything mentioned, ever. A very bloated company with the complete wrong mentality.Westcoast... PC World.. literally use anyone else.
