Order never arrived
Order never arrived. Customer service was contacted with no response so my daughter who saved for her tops wasted her money.
Response from TebubbleAug 6, 2025
Hi Grace, After thoroughly checking our system, we can confirm that no order was ever placed under your name and no customer service request was received from you. At Tebubble, we take pride in helping every real customer — especially when it involves something meaningful, like your daughter saving up for a top. If you did place an order, please send us your order number immediately at [email protected] so we can investigate and resolve this. However, if no order exists, then your review is misleading and unfair to our business. We kindly ask that you update or remove your review to reflect a genuine experience. Posting false or unverified claims damages trust and goes against Trustpilot’s guidelines. The Tebubble Team

Kaufempfehlung!!

Not nice
Sweater looks like nicely worn and has stains on it. Not possible with a white sweater. Support has still not replied to me. If it stays like this, it will be my last order from this store!
Response from TebubbleMay 8, 2025
We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied. You mentioned that the sweater appears worn and stained, which is definitely not acceptable—especially for a white item. According to our records, your order was delivered on April 23, 2025. However, we did not receive any prior email from you regarding this issue. Please contact our customer support team at [email protected], and they will assist you with a proper solution. We want to make this right for you. Thank you for your understanding.
