Tea RunnersReviews of tearunners.com

Very fine selection of exotic teas !! Incredible quality.

TeaRunners has been one of the best memberships I've ever joined. The quality of the tea and assortment has always been great. Their customer service even better, as whenever I have a question Charlie responds very quickly to resolve any issue I may have.

Excellent teas. I love the selections and the surprise of opening my box. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I absolutely love the herbal teas that I receive each month. As I cannot have any form of caffeine, it is wonderful to have delicious safe herbal teas delivered to me. I look forward to each month's package of fun, exotic, and flavorful teas.

I've been a customer since the first month and have enjoyed ever single shipment I've gotten. The teas are consistently excellent and have introduced me to teas that I've never heard of before and certainly would not have thought to try. Highly recommended!

Great teas every month. I love having the opportunity to customize the type of box I get (black, herbal, or original), and any time I have needed to swap a tea out due to allergies, the response has been fast and easy.

Awesome tea, awesome service!!

I encourage anyone interested in loose leaf tea to subscribe to Tea Runners. The quality of the products as well as the support has not been surpassed by any of the other companies with which I have done business. After a vacation in China I developed a preference for tea over coffee. The challenge became “How do I find out what I like”. Enter Tea Runners. They provide a fresh mix of 4 teas every month to fuel my voyage of discovery. Although the are pouches I like less than others, there is alway someone in the family eager to take the tea of my hands. Support has been swift to any issue I have raised. The answers have been clear and accurate. Problems have been willingly resolved with the emphasis being on customer satisfaction; even when this customer probably did not deserve the benefit of the doubt. Charlie and Jewel (or Jewel and Charlie if you prefer) ave launched an enterprise worth of your patronage.
