Awesome product awesome service

Great experience so far! Love the teas in my first box.

I’m not a big fan of your fruit laden teas. All the others have been fantastic!

Loved my first box. Can't wait for the next one.

The tea leaf blends were excellent. Charlie was fantastic!

This company is great! There's tons of options, and being able to swap out teas, especially for someone like me, who hates fruity teas, is the reason I keep this service! My questions were all answered really quickly as well, when I had them. 5/5!!

I decided that since I cannot got out for tea, tea will come to me! I treated myself to a Tea Runners subscription in May after gazing longingly for a couple of years, and it is worth every penny. I had a pandemic-related delivery delay (because Canada Post), but it was worth the extra week's wait. And I unsuccessfully tried to switch out one of the teas, but I think that was my incompetence with online forms so I'm not complaining. The tea I was going to switch out is great so I still win the day. Speaking of tea! I always add milk to my black tea, but there is not even a hint of the bitterness I associate with black teas so I've gone milk free often. I've re-steeped a serving up to 4 times. I think each package is just the right size, the price is more than fair, and I'm kicking myself for waiting so long to sign up. Thanks, Tea Runners!

Spectacular tea selection and superb service! Can't wait to get next's month selection.
