Teams MicrosoftReviews of teams.microsoft.com

What have you done...? My job has become unbearable. This is complete garbage. I'm at a loss for words. I honestly feel like packing up my things, quitting, and never coming back to work. Work has become awful since moving away from Skype. This is an absolute nightmare.

Terrible software, how a billion dollar mega corporation can develop such a garbage product. I can't even change call sound in free version of this software. Microsoft are you out of your mind, killing skype in favor of this garbage! Really?

I teach foreign students online. Skype was wonderful. The transition to Teams is a disaster. My students, under 12 have to get their parents help them to get into Teams every class. I've not had one successful class so far. The chat often doesn't work. Twice it said my camera wasn't functioning, and I couldn't fix it. It's an absolute mess. I cannot believe this is a professional platform...

Absolute shit tbh 🙏 give me skype back (that sucked too but not as much) there are sooo many problems like photos/messages not sending, i think notifications are broken or something and yeah just ew i hate it

Schade!

Why build something worse than the thing you killed? And just when you think it couldn’t get worse — it turns out that in 2025, Microsoft is now charging for group calls longer than 60 minutes. Seriously? In a time when free, high-quality group calls are standard across nearly every major platform, this feels like a step backwards into the Stone Age. You're telling us we need to pay to talk to a few people for more than an hour? That’s not just disappointing — it’s absurd. In fact, it’s a catastrophe for anyone who relies on Teams for real collaboration. It’s not innovation — it’s user-hostile design mixed with outdated monetization tactics. And frankly, it’s ugly.
