Terrible UX, all over the shop. How can Microsoft get this product so bad? Our company recently made the 'captains choice' to shift everything to Microsoft. We had Slack and Zoom prior but now we have Teams, and EVERYONE in our team is completely bemused as to how bad the user experience is with this app???

Microsoft teams is absolutely one of the worst chatting apps I've ever seen. The facted that everything feels botched, messages take time to send, and i also keep randomly logging out of my account. Now it's gotten to a point where i can't even log back in anymore because it says "Incorrect password" when my password hasn't been changed ever since i started. I don't like the fact how people can spam in chat giving me multiple notifications at once. I only need one notification and that's it. Don't use this shit at all.

Teams ist viel umständlicher als Skype. Ich hatte dort nie Probleme. Ich wollte ein Treffen mit 6 Leuten veranstalten. Bei diesem Meeting konnte nur 1 Person an der Besprechung teilnehmen, die anderen kamen gar nicht hinein. Das nächste Mal habe ich alle Adressen nochmal eingegeben und von den 6 konnten dann, nach mehreren Versuchen, nur 2 teilnehmen. Die Anderen haben mehrfach versucht, dazu zu kommen, aber es ist ihnen nicht gelungen! Es ist jedes Mal sehr umständlich, wenn Jemand bei dieser Besprechung anwesend sein will. Das geht gar nicht! Man gibt sich Mühe, alles so zu machen, wie Teams es möchte, und dann funktioniert es doch nicht! Sehr schade!!!

Having effectively stolen remaining credit money from Skype customers, these people have the temerity to declare that Teams is an effective FREE replacement - but absolutely nowhere can you determine how to make use of this latest Microsoft wonder for free. Seems altogether outrageous. As usual, the ordinary older and less savvy customers are being taken advantage of. One might be forgiven for expecting something a lot better from Microsoft.

DO NOT USE, It is basically acting like a scam, no customer support. I have ported a previous number i had i skype, which took s Months, unveliable, finally once ported they ask me to pay for a calling plan, else i cannot use it, i do pre pay one, once it is paid, it does not work as the app does not work on the phone I cannot log into the app which is going ronun i circles unable to log in to the account and thus use the number, moreso, I wanted to have sms capability so i paid extra on a plan that includes it, then i had to submitt all my legal information which then comes back saying they cant verify which is nonsense, so now I want to CANCEL and its impossible. Not only there is no option on the dashboard for cancelling as legallly required for any services but there is NO customer support, the chat is a stupid AI bot that does not help, no humans on board, furtherore I submitt a ticket as the bot tells me to do from inside my account on my coputer not my phone as app does not work, and i ask to CANCEL IT ALL AND GIVE ME A REFUND, mins later i get an atuomatic ticket response saying ticket is sucessfully closed when NOTHING has been done, no one has read my message and i am stuck in a scam paying for something that never worked. BEWARE of contracting this MS teams sevice its a scam. I will have to find a lawyer to help resolve this its outrageous.

Teams rispetto a Skype è molto lento come programma. Assistenza inesistente! Nonostante avessi pagato per 1 piano annuale di Teams Microsoft 365 non mi assistito nessuno, si occupano solo dei piani business. L'ho dovuto disdire perché si bloccava di continuo nonostante ho un computer di ultima generazione, dopo solo tre giorni e a distanza di due mesi non ho avuto alcun rimborso e non posso parlare con nessuno!
