As we have explained in our previous correspondence, the order that was placed for the Adult Medium Team RAR Velcro Hoodie in Graphite Black was correctly fulfilled as ordered - with the auto-generated packing list below. The claim that a Youth Large Royal Blue hoodie was ordered is simply not possible given that all blue units were sold out for several weeks before your order was placed on 12/25/2020. However we are still sympathetic to the issue that you have described and have already personally generated a custom 50% discount credit for your next order. While we are working on figuring out solutions on expanding international returns and exchanges, orders from outside of the US are currently not eligible due to international shipping constraints. We have re-sent the discount code that was generated during our last correspondence on 1/5/2021 and would love to help with any additional questions or concerns.
