1. For unknown reason, some people including myself were not able to insert any picture or graphs into the card, and we can only input less than 400 words, which makes the card looks very ugly and no fun. 2. I was not able to update the receiver's email address after the card was created, although from the beginning I was told I am able to. There is no link for me to go back to the edit part. The only link I received from my email was the one to add and sign a card. 3. I wrote an email to ask for support, no responses.

I really loved the card options however, I wasn’t able to edit delivery day and time successfully. The web page kept defaulting to some code. Additionally, the individual did not receive their card during the scheduled time and day, so I had to manually send the link to them which ultimately defeats the purpose of wanting to surprise someone with happy mail in their inbox.
