TeamBonding - Where Work Meets PlayReviews of teambonding.com

Overall our team had a great experience working with TeamBonding. The staff was very organized and efficient in the planning of our event. They also did a good job at customizing the even to our specifications.

Professional, spirited, and organized. Our conference engaged TeamBonding for a pipeline building exercise. The group was very engaged in the process and friendly. Hand-outs, materials were good. The exercise was dynamic - our international team may have been better supported with some more hands-on facilitation. On-time and easy to follow overall.

My team members were very engaged in the activity and the facilitators were full of energy and very easy to work with. There were some instances where expectations were unclear which led to some friction but otherwise we had a blast!

They were great to work with and were able to accommodate some last minute changes. It's nice to have them onsite to setup and coordinate the activity.

Very good program and well executed. Derek and his team had the flexibility to adapt at the last minute and that was very much appreciated. One member of the team (Valerie) had a terrible attitude but the others were really good. My group enjoyed the friendly competition of the games.

The team with TeamBonding was friendly, enthusiastic and very entertaining. The entire process from securing TeamBonding to the completion of the actual events went smoothly and without a hitch. The Chocolate Challenge was hysterical, fun, messy and your really had to trust your team members - which was one of our key objectives for our offsite event. I strongly recommend TeamBonding for any company team building event!

We had a great time with TeamBonding! Kevin was very enthusiastic and got our team engaged and excited.

My TeamBonding experience was fantastic! From the beginning I was under tremendous stress and pressure in planning the event, however, my main contact Lauren was very responsive and understanding of my availability and worked with my schedule. The planning was simple, as TeamBonding takes care of all travel requirements and works directly with the activity coordinator in ensuring they understand your theme and groups needs. My coordinator Richard was FANTASTIC! He was energetic, friendly, amusing and always kept the attention of the room. He had two assistants with him who would help the teams decipher certain clues and they were also extremely friendly. Richard even went above and beyond by helping facilitate our company photo by ensuring everyone was in the frame and the lighting was appropriate and he even directed certain individuals to stand, kneel or sit...it was a tremendous help to say the least! I would definitely recommend him to many other groups! The Escape game itself was exciting, it encouraged the attendees to think outside-of-the-box, it stimulated forward thinking and communication within the teams, but also allowed individuals to excel in certain areas in which they may have more experience or knowledge with, all the while still creating a competitive vibe throughout the room. The only downside to this program is the cost. I think it is a bit over priced, and I understand they need to cover travel expenditure for the coordinators, as well as their wages along with earning a profit but it still seemed a bit steep for a 90 minute program, and they were not willing to lower their costs to fit within my budget. Overall I would say it was a fun and interactive game for my team and we all have a wonderful time! :)
