Hi Clive Sorry you didn't get the results you wanted. Yes, absolutely - markets change and you must keep in line with the market. On some strategies more than others to be fair, but it's exactly how you navigate changing markets and win long term with algo trading - we make no secret of that and it's exactly what we teach. As you can see in the #weeklywins channel, plenty navigate this and use either a higher core laptop or simplyhosting offer solutions for £30-50 a month. In the grand scheme of things once you commit to the process unlocking 2-4% on your prop capital or live capital would have made a substantial difference to you and your ROI on our programme. But you can also test using OHLC which is much much quicker. This is no different to being successful with any other EA. The 'set and forget' off the shelf ones that preach BS have failed people miserably and blown many accounts because they don't do what we teach. (One starts with Alc* and one starts with Nu*!) Hey Faz, Shame we didn't tick the box for you. Couple of quick points... Our support in the tickets is super prompt assuming you're also asking good questions to gain understanding of whatever you're trying to learn - the key to learning anything is in the question asked. Inputs are all itemised and clearly explained in the POW app and we also even have unlimited 1-2-1 calls with John under the POWSOS channel - you could have booked a call and got any queries resolved 1-2-1 and some clarity on maybe where you're going wrong or in the weekly group onboarding calls. EA needs changing? - it all depends on your optimisation phase really. We encourage you to move with the markets because the key to long term success is moving with the markets and creating diversified trading portfolios. This is all done quite easily now with our software too which picks the best sets out for you. As you can see in the discord for inspiration under #weeklywins if you can grasp and apply what we teach and stick to it - you'll get the results other members get consistently. Hey Dylan, thanks for taking the time leave a review. Just a couple of pointers though. Firstly, our EA's are a tool - they're not a magic wand - so yeah, sometimes you'll take some losses. The problem here is a you're a closed book with a lack of responsibility or openness to suggestions. Any advice any of one of us has given you - you blankly ignore and do your own thing anyway. You can't give us any investors or myfxbooks to support this despite numerous chasing. The one you did give - we told you what to do and that's when you totally ignored the advice given anyway. 'Untrustworhy' - very unfair. We suggested a HFT Passing firm when we stopped passing with a select batch of firms - the guys have always been helpful to me. I suggested them in the chats and they couldn't get some passed for people and wasn't the best at handling the messages, etc. To suggest like you continually do that this is MY FAULT just demonstrates the lack of responsibility you have on your own decisions and research I'm afraid. Ultimately, we're all adults and we all have to take responsibility for our decisions and actions overall - I can not control the offerings or services of others. Social Trader Tools? Traders Connect? ForexVPS - are they all my responsibility too? We always encourage our members to thoroughly research and consider any external services on their own terms. The responsibility for engaging with third-party providers rests with each individual, as we do not have control over external operations. We also only 'advertise' what we've actually achieved really - $54m in capital and 700k+ in funded proven withdrawals. We make no 'promises' on top of what we've actually already helped traders achieve, this is demonstrated weekly and daily with constant proof from the 'Weekly Wins' channel - which by all means you can see too. Thanks for the review. I'll go through each point for you. However, the fact is I decided to cancel your subscription on the basis we simply can't give you the level of help you need. You kept blaming the language barrier, but you were sending messages the length of this review multiple times a day. Rick has been super patient with the replies and I even sent a video answering further questions. You then sent a 15 MINUTE VIDEO asking more and chatting away. Never in years have I seen this 🙈. Hence with respect, we don't have the time to provide you with that level of support and that's not what you're paying for. 1) The 'logic' is clear, but no - we don't tell you how to code, because we don't even code ourselves anyway! We use coders to execute our ideas. Everything's clear and we teach you what the EA and EDGE strategies are doing. If your enable to Google what RSI is most understand this already. 2) You kept saying how great SMC was for you, then why join us? These loads of ways to trade if that suits you best that's cool. 3) 100USD a month? You don't need Premium TV. A VPS costs around 10-15USD a month which is totally normal and required for any EA. If you wanted to automate Edge you can (as explained on edge website too where 3rd party tool needed - this is 5USD a month) 4) You sent a 15 Min video with no real specific questions as I told you. Got a question? That's cool, sending in support or weekly live Q & A with me is fine. But 15 mins of video and essays of waffle were struggling to help. 5) I spend an hour or so reviewing some data every couple of weeks and trade hands free. Problem here is you've been in 3 days and have no clue what you're doing because you don't get it at all probably the language barrier as you kept saying. I can't expect to buy a programme in French and just because I don't know french expect them to literally provide me 1-2-1 to help at that level. 6) That you need VPS? Apologies you didn't realise this. I'm sure it's covered in the FAQ too. 7) 8-10% is fine - hence why 45m+ in funded traders. However it's not possible with the same settings running forever. That doesn't exist with any strategy. Long term lower percentages are doable as per our funded sets. Again, I explained all of this in a personalised video to you (because there too much to type to you again). 8) A moving average and what RSI is indeed quite basic. Something you could learn in literally seconds with a quick Google if what we explain doesn't cover it. The fact you can't or won't do that sums all of this up I guess? 9) Of course we have negative reviews - what services don't from time to time. We will review your feedback and see if there's anything we can do about it. However, I'm also very conscious we've done our best here with you - the level of time you're asking from us here is unreasonable and no other service in this space, would have responded and helped you like we have up to this point. None at all. 10) Funded trader chat shows the funded traders and their withdrawals. Loads of consistency in there. Even yesterday BamBam took 20k from his two FTMOs in BiWeekly payouts. The difference? Theyve learned the tools and TRUSTED THE PROCESS. 11) Ok 12) All startegies lose at times - even your SMC trading won't work in rangey markets and you'll hit substantial consecutive losses whilst been glued to the charts wondering if you're doing it wrong. Anyway, I'm at peace here knowing we did our best to help you. Removing you was the right decision for us all and the rest of the community due to the time you were taking away from the collective I'm afraid. All the very best. Darren
