Sorry to read that you didn't like the experience of the call. Over the years, we've honed in on the sorts of traders that join us who we can genuinely help and those that we can't - so this is part of our process to ensure that both parties are a fit for each other really and by default we ensure the community is also protected with only committed like minded people joining (we currently decline 55% of people before even getting to a call). We want our members to be committed to get results - all we can offer is an invitation on what the right things for you to do are. We're still reliable, reliable and very friendly with a thriving community and great coaches focusing on delivering the best experience we can to our members on the inside. But things change and improve and so therefore does the price and how the service is positioned. Lifetime access to our tools and software isn't cheap and nor is the 1-2-1 coaching as part of it. We've invested heavily into our coaches been Level 4 certified Transformational Coaches to help piece the trading and other stuff together to ensure we can best help people get new results from new actions. A simple EA you drag to a chart, load a set file and expect to live happily ever after without getting everything else around it right, simply won't work. It would be great if it did, but it's one small piece of a much larger pie. Sorry again, wish you well in your trading endeavours. D

Hi Andrew Disappointed to read we've not met with expectations. Tradings tough at times and yeah there's no holy grail (I've never said what we do is either btw, nor do I suggest we're a good fit for everyone as highlighted on our website and our quite stringent 55% decline rate of all applications to join us). What I can't understand is the fact that you've not been a member since sep 23 according to the subscription system. But anyway, yeah we offer loads of help and substantial support but hey, we're not for everyone and that's ok too. Im proud of the results we've helped people get week in week out that we prove weekly and by other reviews left. I can't comment on your own journey as with any strategy or execution we all play a huge variable in our trading success. Prop trading is not really any different with the major firms but yeah of course the model as a whole has seen lots of changes and challenges, that's sometimes the way stuff goes. Anyway, I'm sorry we've failed you and not met with your expectations but I wish you well in your personal trading. Regards Darren

Hey Nathan Absolutely take on board the comments, we got caught out in GBPUSD rally on the election. We did communicate in the copy trade channel with what options people had and it all largely depending upon when people had started copying and what trades they were in. We've also built out a new portfolio as confirmed with a specific 1% per strategy risk which will help mitigate drawdown and exposure in the current highly volatile markets with GBP strength and USD weakness too - we're still holding these positions overall on our master account and they are hedged with our EA. The insurance and bonus enables you to be covered for 30 days and with ref to not hearing anything from us? We have discord support you can raise a ticket at any time with a question and the copy trade channel. All as per how you connected and joined initially. Sorry you took a loss overall, losses will be inevitable in trading at times and the insurance and 'offer' does indeed try to take the risk off trading as best as we can. It's impossible to fully remove risk, that's trading overall. Thank you Darren

Strange review John to be honest - a 1 star review for no real reason! So the copy trader offer, yes we charge you 20% of your profits - this is both fair and competitive in the market. You're literally doing nothing. So if you make you $100 - we charge $20 - you're then up $80 whilst your sat on the sofa in your underpants watching daytime TV. It's obviously in our interest to sustainably and safely make profit. Yes we also leverage broker commissions - we also then USE this to offer you a risk free level of insurance protection on your account of up to $500 in losses. So you can connect to our account with $1000, risk $500 and if we lose your money - we give you it back. I really don't see any 'issues' with our model - we've actually created a win win solution for everyone in my opinion. If you don't like it - that's cool, you won't find offers like this anywhere IMO. Anyway, in 8 trading days we're nicely up 7.4% for those copying the trades. And yes, we make money from this too - we're not a registered charity. Thank you, have a great day. Darren PS - you updated your review. Firstly - if you don't like the offer - just don't join it? No one is holding a gun to your head forcing you to join a service under duress mate - come on. Secondly, the accounts are set up to trade from 0.01 on $1000 USD - so any smaller deposits trades simply won't open due to not having enough margin. Please go and find some new hobbies. Leaving 1 star reviews on businesses/services you've not even used or don't understand is a bit off.

Hi - sorry you feel disappointed about joining us. It's really not a 'blank bot' - there's a good drive with an array of set files and options for you to trade with. They key difference with us - is what we teach to help make sure you know how to diversify your trading account and navigate changing markets. Quite simply, set and forget doesn't exist - if the bot you mentioned was so great you wouldn't have joined POW too, right? It sounds like you're looking for a get rich quick approach we're not - as explained in our site really. We're here to remove the misconceptions and ensure people can diversify and navigate ever changing markets for long term sustainable success. Also, support is ALWAYS there - if you had no further questions of course we will close an open ticket - this is no different to how anyone would operate. If you required further help - you can just reach out and ask any question you like. As you can see we answer pretty much all tickets within an average response time of less than 2 hours - 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. That obviously wouldn't be the case if what you're suggesting is true about us 'not having any intention of helping you become profitable'. I'm sorry it didn't fit with you - but it sounds like you tried it on a whim with no real intention of applying yourself. One of the reasons why POW will close to the public very shortly and we will operate an application only model. Thank you Darren

Such a shame really, within 24 hours you run back tests on my set files and say they aren't profitable. You've done nothing in terms of understanding the videos or concepts - and you're simply back testing incorrectly. This is because our set files and data are correct and stack up. I've asked to see and understand what you've done and you're unwilling to share so we can understand. All very strange - here to help in the tickets as Michael has tried to do so far. Update on the below: I've just reviewed everything, so it wasn't a subscription that wasn't cancelled. You bought on the 4th May the 6 month package and starting sending 7 emails the next day demanding your cancelation and refund on the 5th May - because you couldn't use MT5. The website clearly states our EA is MT5 and can be used on MT4 via a trade copier. So because you've failed to read this we're now both investing substantial time back and forth. All sales on our plans are final and we expect people when they join to read information and apply themselves. Otherwise, it would be super easy for people to join - rip and steal our content and sail off into the distance. So I'm sorry we will not be refunding the payment. However, your subscription is now cancelled and you will have access until the end of your subscription period If you need any help with the trade copier for your MT4 account reach out via the Discord Support. Thank you Darren Hi Maritza, I'm really quite stumped. I received 7 emails today that were rude and quite threatening - you received a reply stating that all support is in Discord - and to politely raise a ticket for prompt resolution. You decided to ignore this reply, continue to email me and then hop on trust pilot - INSTEAD of just opening a ticket to get a resolution. All because you've failed to manage your own subscription. It sure is a crazy world. I've responded to your email. I'm equally as frustrated we're al now wasting more time - than just opening up a support ticket which would have been resolved with 90 mins.
