I used to track my job search and different versions of my resume in an Excel spreadsheet, but after switching to Teal, I honestly don’t see myself going back. For me, the biggest benefit is simply that it keeps me focused. Instead of spending time trying to manage my tracking system, I can spend that time researching opportunities, tailoring my approach, and having conversations with people in my network.

I’m in a director-level job search, and Teal has become part of my daily process. The standout feature is the keyword analysis. For every job description I save, Teal separates keywords into requirements, responsibilities, and preferred qualifications, counts how often each appears, and highlights them in the posting. That tells me at a glance what an employer actually cares about, not just what’s in the title. I use those keywords to tailor each resume, and it has made my applications sharper and faster to build. I also use Teal to track my search. With multiple applications moving at once, having every role, status, and posting in one place keeps me organized and saves me from rebuilding notes every time a recruiter calls. Five stars for the keywords alone. The tracker makes it an easy recommendation for anyone running a serious search.

So seamless and convenient to use. I appreciate just how simple and clean the User Interface is, having a section for notes is something that i will not take for granted. also no cap on how many job listings i can store, unlike some apps that have a hard limit unless you pay for premium

Great tool. It simplies job application and reviewing of CV to better match job descriptions.

This site is honestly amazing, I've been using it to track all of my job applications and they make it so so easy. Highly recommend for anyone fed up with using excel for tracking purposes!

I would like it to be a little more automatic. It’s sort of tedious going through and adding words to every resume. The interface is great and the job board is pretty good. Overall, it’s an excellent app for job hunting.

It's a great platform to keep everything organized and allows tracking for not only jobs but networking with people and companies as well. It's easy to use.

So useful to keep my applications organized. I use it to track where I've applied to and what stage of the process I'm in. I've never had an issue with it, and it's been super helpful to keep me on top of things when I'm 70+ applications in and swimming in autorejection emails.
